2009 POLONIA TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
On Saturday, June 20, 2009 four teams from PAGA New York, Podhale Golf
Club, PAGC Chicago and Polonia Golf Club played their 1st Team
Championship at Whitetail Ridge Golf Club
in Yorkville, IL. After great play Polonia Golf
Club took a first place with total score of 701, PAGA New York
was second (770), PAGC third (774) and Podhale Golf Club forth(780).
I would like to acknowledge following participants who contributed to
successful organizing of this 1st Team Championship, which we
plan to do on an annual bases. First of all I want to thank Mark Drab -
president of Polonia Golf Club for his idea of creating such an event
and coordinating it with participating teams ,
Stanley Lukanus form Podhale Golf Club for making arrangements
with the golf club and setting up tee times,
Marcin Szostak for overall coordination and Pawel Gasior from
PAGA and his team for staying extra day and playing with us.

8 players per team
team score ( total score of all team players)
team with lowest
score will be a winning team
in case of a tie - 1 player from each team will
play a sudden death or chip and put.
if player is DQ, DNS or DNF - than his score will
be 150
play will be a stroke play
USGA and local rules apply
